Returns & Exchange Policy
Items can only be exchanged if they are defective, incorrect, or the wrong size/article at the time of delivery. Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery by submitting a request through: https://libaseadam.pk/pages/customer-care
Products may also be exchanged at any LIBAS E ADAM Exclusive Store. The original tag/label, packaging, and invoice must be intact at the time of exchange.
Exchanges will not be accepted if:

The request is made after 3 days of delivery.

The product has been used, damaged, or tampered with.

Tags, labels, packaging, or invoice are missing.

Color differences occur due to lighting or screen display.
Please do not accept the parcel if it is damaged or the seal is broken, as LIBAS E ADAM will not be responsible for such claims.
Refunds
LIBAS E ADAM does not offer cash refunds. Refunds may only be issued to the original card payment if the order is cancelled before shipment processing or if an item fails quality control and is unavailable.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel orders before processing begins. LIBAS E ADAM also reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, defective items during quality control, or payment failure.
